Beginner Mountain Biking
Learn the basics of hitting the trails with confidence alongside experienced mountain bike coaches. This beginner-friendly clinic will introduce you to bike setup and pre-ride checks, balance and stability, bike controls, and techniques for navigating a variety of singletrack terrain.
You’ll receive hands-on coaching in direction, pressure, timing, and coordination while building the skills you need to feel more comfortable on the trail.
No mountain biking experience is required—you just need to know how to ride a bike!
Have a mountain bike? Bring it along. Don’t have one? Mountain bikes and helmets are available to use.
Come learn the basics, build your confidence, and discover a new way to enjoy the trails!
