CARC Halloween Party
Join us at the Garrett College Community Aquatic & Recreation Complex for the annual Halloween Party! Featuring arts & crafts, games, haunted pool, dances, and trick or treat! Fun for the entire family! Costume judging is at 5:45pm and the haunted pool opens at 6pm.
