CDL Hazmat Endorsement Course

Garrett College Continuing Education and Workforce Development has scheduled a Commercial Driver’s License Hazmat Endorsement Course on February 11, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the College’s Mountaintop Truck Driving Institute in Grantsville. This course will provide instructional classroom training to prepare students for the Maryland CDL HazMat endorsement. Topics covered will include the identification of various hazardous material classes, proper packaging groups, acceptance and refusal of hazardous packages, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
