Couch to 5K is a 6 week running program suitable for everyone. Gradually build up your fitness from beginner to running a 5K race in time for Autumn glory! Learn proper running form, hydration and nutrition, stretching & conditioning, injury prevention & race preparation. Class is taught by Jen Sober. Pre-registration is required.
