Maryland Handgun Qualification

HQL training class offers instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms & operation, and safe firing demonstration. Anyone wishing to purchase a handgun must complete this training prior to applying for a handgun license. Fingerprinting may be available depending on how many people register.
