Oakland's Winter Fest
Join us for our 2026 Winter Fest on Saturday February 14th from 11am to 4pm! Come celebrate this annual Arts & Entertainment District event known for ice sculptures, family and children’s activities, store specials, a Bakers’ Market, live music and theatrical performances, and Wine Walk. This year will be a Valentine's Theme! Come to Sweetheart Alley and take pictures; enjoy chocolate treats throughout the district; listen to performers in celebration of the day!

Free admission for the festival! Tickets for the Wine Walk can be purchased at the Garrett County Arts Council or online for $25 early bird, $35 day-of.
