  • Full Time Retail/Design Associate

    We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Interior Design Assistant & Retail Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design work and client interaction in a retail environment.
     

    Key Responsibilities

     
    • Assist lead designer(s) with residential interior design projects of varying scope

    • Help maintain an inviting, organized, and visually appealing retail environment

    • Assist with project organization, scheduling, and communication

    • Help prepare for installations and client presentations

    • Provide excellent customer service in both retail and design settings

    • Learn and support the design process from concept through completion

    Qualifications

     

    • Interest in interior design, home furnishings, or related field

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

    • Basic computer skills (design software experience is a plus but not required)

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local appointments preferred

     

    Education or coursework in interior design, business, retail, or a related field is helpful but not required.

     

    Schedule & Compensation
     

    Full-time position. Compensation based on experience.
