She consistently continues to be a top producing agent in the Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County areas. Most recently, Nina became one of the owners of Railey Realty,  the sole female in the partnership group.  In addition to her duties as both partner and REALTOR, Nina is also a part-owner of a local title office, Deep Creek Title. She also serves on several boards, including the Garrett County Board of Realtors where she will serve as next year’s President of the organization. Nina also still maintains her original entrepreneurial passion for fitness coaching with her company, Nina B. Fitness. 

As a native to the area and second generation builder, Carl brings inside knowledge about Garrett County and the real estate and construction industry. After attending Southern Garrett High School and pursuing college, Carl earned his MHIC license and began working with his father and ultimately starting his own business, Signature Property Services. Years later, Carl has worked tirelessly to provide their clients with top-notch construction and remodeling services.
